Use the Storage Sizing Guide to get an estimate of what size storage unit you need. Storage sizes at Texas Maxi-Mini Storage range from small storage units to large spaces. Enough storage space to accommodate the contents of your entire home, office or apartment. Our self storage units are available in the following sizes:
Perfect storage space for overflow of small furniture pieces, toys, summer or winter clothing, files, sports equipment, holiday decorations, business records, personal belongings, boxes and miscellaneous household or office items.
Square Footage: 25
For larger furniture pieces such as couches, dressers and/or mattress sets. This is also good storage space for bikes or motorcycles, off-season yard equipment (such as patio furniture, lawn mowers, etc).
Square Footage: 50
This storage unit holds the entire contents of a studio or a one-bedroom apartment.
Square Footage: 75
Equivalent to an Average size bedroom or 1/2 of a garage
This storage space is the size of a standard one-car garage. It holds the entire contents of a two-bedroom apartment.
Square Footage: 100
Equivalent to the size of an large bedroom
This space holds the contents of a three-bedroom apartment or home, plus motorbike/exercise equipment.

Equivalent to a Standard one-car garage
Larger than a one car garage. This storage space accommodates a large three bedroom home or apartment. It also may be used to store a car, truck, boat or RV, as well as some furniture and boxes.

Equivalent to a X-Large one-car garage
Furnishings and major appliances from a 3 to 4 bedroom home or large office suite plus boxes; or a car, truck or boat and boxes.

Equivalent to an X-Large car garage
Furnishings from a 4 to 5 bedroom home with major appliances, or a car and 1-2 rooms of furniture.
