5 STARS! Rented a unit here for a year and a half to store a motorcycle and tools and had a great experience. Front desk staff was always helpful when I needed to speak with them. Unlike the big national chains, they don't offer promotional rates with ridiculously short contracts in order to immediately double the rates on you after it expires. Didn't have to worry about the security of my things while they were stored here. Highly recommend renting from here and being treated better while also keeping your money in the local economy.

5 STARS!! Convenient and reasonably priced. Had some difficulties getting the latch to shut today and Erin helped me out. The lady I spoke with at the front desk offered to take my key and have maintenance take a look later but then Erin came and offered to walk with me to the unit and troubleshoot. She said I could get another unit but it’s just a finicky latch that can be managed (or if it keeps being troublesome, I’ll take them up on the offer!) Shout out to Erin for going above and beyond.
